A good way to chat

Just getting started with this blog guys.I thought it might be an avenue of communication away from the forums.Nobody is ever in the forum chat room so maybe you will use this blog.

I want to start my own website with a forum in the near future and thought the Google sites and Blogger would be a good way to get a start.

If you happened to get here via one of the fishing forums, please leave a comment with your forum name and which forum.Thanks fellow fisherman!

My wife of 30 years and I moved to South Texas in July of 2008 to benefit my health especially during the winter months.We operated our own small business In Illinois before selling it and moving here due to my recent illness.I had major cancer surgery on Christmas Eve 2004 and exited the hospital a Laryngectomy.With modern technology and the aide of a vice prothesis I am able to talk with a natural voice.Other than that I am a pretty normal guy living in a new area trying to get to know some new friends to go out and fish with or go golfing.I have a nice boat and currently living right on the bay so if you want to go....
